In all my days of recent years, I’ve never experienced love without fears.
It was always some little flaw or denial of pride, but you broke through like an inevitable tide.
You washed a conscience clean, lowered my wall; Made an ego of ten feet into a foot tall.

No longer quick to anger but calmly stay, my world is of colors since you’ve defeated the grey.
You led me to a kinder self, showed a goal. Given me a beautiful heart, replacing the black coal.
In all my days of future years, I’ll remember what you’ve given;  smiles, memories, tears.

My writings are suffering from a loss of identity and an increase of mediocrity. Soul Searching

Yesterday we only saw a path, today we walk upon it.
With every step has been a smile, a tear; shared hopes and fear.
Tomorrow we know not where this journey may lead,
Writers of our own story, ‘together’ it will read.
To the times to be made and memories to be stored,
To the curves of your body, waiting to be explored.
For future tears are surely to come,
Every smile makes each worry less troublesome.
Together we can conquer any stumble, triumph any fall.
Any obstacle before us is worth it, baby its nothing or all.
